As former franchisees ourselves, we committed early on not to offer a franchise model until we were certain that it would provide a win on all sides. Well that is something we I'm still considering for the future, present, we feel it is best to provide our systems and services on a subscription or fee-for-hire basis.
We are always adding educators. At present, we have 12 faculty educators.
Absolutely! When any of our member salons has extra space available in a class, we’re happy to make that available.
That is a bit more complex. The Phia Concept designation is available but only to select salons that are willing to uphold a level of stylist commitment and client care that is far beyond what most salons are willing to strive for. If you think you might be a candidate, we are happy to consider your salon after a minimum of three months of coaching. Member salons who are accepted are featured on all our websites, receive access to our operating systems, and receive discounted education and coaching rates.
All our present salons are Davines-centric, meaning that 90% of our color and product offerings are Davines. We love the Davines focus on health, the environment, and bettering the world. We also recognize that many brands bring something special to the table. For example L’oreal is a world leader in blonding and balayage so L’oreal education is the core of our Balayage training, Aveda is still the gold standard on custom color formulations so our advanced color theory has its foundation in Aveda. We love the way Pravana approaches what we call Phantasy Color, and are proud to have a national Pravana educator on our team. We believe that there is not one way to do anything; a true master will understand all the options and create from that wide base of knowledge.
